At the executive level, hiring isn’t just about matching skills to a job and making an offer. The process is more complex, the skill sets more intense, and those skills not listed on the resume are the most important. Getting into that level of detail can be difficult when you have a position open.

Our clients know that in order to stay competitive, they need to keep their eye on the prize. To do that, they need the day-to-day, time-consuming work of finding the right candidates handled by someone that can get it done and provide them a slate of 4-6 candidates that meet their needs. At that point they can find the right person without wasting any of their time.

Through our proven process, we spend a minimum of 2 hours with each candidate and his or her information prior to presentation. We talk through their career aspirations, goals and objectives, work style, work habits, best management environment, how they manage others, and a complete discussion of their work history and skills. We also talk about their personal challenges, concerns and situations that may affect their ability to take the new position and minimize the surprises throughout the process.

At Executive Decisions Search Group, we know that executives make decisions all the time. Our job is to help make that process faster, easier, and more effective.
